What was supposed to be a Wen-Do demo in a grade 8 class in Sheshatshui, Newfoundland and Labrador, quickly turned it into an opportunity to facilitate a conversation about consent, being the boss of your body and your choices, and working towards supporting ourselves and each other in what is clearly an unsafe situation for both boys and girls in this community.
