Wen-Do is a registered charity and the oldest self-defence organization in Canada taught by women, for women. This 15-hour basic course covers a wide variety of physical and verbal self-defence techniques, awareness and avoidance of threatening situations, and discussions of psychological, social, and legal issues involved in self-defence through a feminist, anti-oppression lens. The course is open to cis and trans women and girls (ages 10+) of all abilities.

If you are ready to register, you can send the course fee — $169.50 per woman / girl — as an e-transfer to lesliekallin@gmail.com with the password in a separate email, and the instructor will confirm your place upon receipt.
