For women who have completed their basic course, this ongoing training offers the opportunity to review basic skills and add a whole new skill set of self-defence techniques. At the intermediate/advanced level, we teach new releases to body holds, defences against armed or multiple attackers and a more formal set of physical skills which we believe will contribute to strong spirit, body and mind. Just as in the basic course, we continue to work within an environment that recognizes and celebrates our diversity and offer training within a non- competitive and supportive environment.
Intermediate / advanced classes are offered on an ongoing basis. Once you attend one class you can continue attending regularly or come to classes according to your schedule – intermittent or monthly– it’s up to you. You will be met on every class at your individual skill level.
Course fee: $100 + HST ($113.00)
